The Roberti Culinary Pathway Program in Waukegan, IL.
is designed to train and motivate 25-30 adult students annually who are from an economically distressed area and prepare them for jobs in our local culinary industry. We’re not just teaching adults to cook, we are also giving back and strengthening the local community by providing 18,000 prepared meals annually and facilitating community connections for our neighbors in need.
